ANOTHER NEW EXERCISE REGIME
(And I HATE exercise!)
So I will try again. I usually stick with an exercise routine for a relatively short amount of time. Walking? It is raining, it's too early, it's too late, I don't have time, I don't want to take the time, I'd rather eat chocolate. Ugh. But here I am trying it one more time. My daughter-in-law, Kari, recommended this book awhile back and I decided I should get it out since I did pay real money for it and do the first set of exercises. Obviously they are not meant for cardiovascular exercise, but I sure would like to stem the tide of aches and pains! I may even go for a walk. We'll see.
