GULP...WE'RE HALF WAY THERE

I stopped by Goodwill this morning to see if I could find a cane and lo and behold, I did! A retractable, anti-shock walking stick. It even has a little flashlight on it but don't know what type of short little battery it needs. $5 and I think it was brand new. I hate that I need it, but glad I found it.
It's pretty sad, isn't it, that the year is half over? I saw fall items for sale at JoAnn's yesterday. That really made me unhappy. Summer has only just begun!
